A historic cabin in Washington, VA completely renovated and recently updated to provide a retreat on the edge of the Shenandoah National Park (a trailhead allowing Park access is about 100 meters away). Less than two hours from Washington, DC, this house combines rustic charm in a 19th century hand-hewn log cabin with modern comforts, including a newly constructed great room and outdoor porch with panoramic views of woods and pond.

Our cabin is about equidistant to Washington and Sperryville (about 5 miles in each direction). It provides a great location to enjoy activities as simple as a walk in the woods, or as elaborate as a special dinner at The Inn at Little Washington. There are other restaurants and pubs in nearby Flint Hill, Sperryville, and Washington. Local communities, breweries, wineries, and farms have activities all year round. Or just relax in a tranquil environment.
